Food For Thought is on hiatus for the summer. Public Radio's Best is airing in this timeslot until further notice. Hosted by Ryan Dawe-Stotz, Boris Wiedenfeld, Laura McCandlish, Anni Katz & Jennifer Levin Food For Thought, debuted on KLCC July 4, 2010. The show is designed to entertain and educate the public about food issues and news, both locally and on a global scale. The hour-long weekly program includes food news, current issues, guests, and a live call-in segment. Major focuses include food preparation, eating out, farming / ranching / fishing, wine, and sustainability -- creating a more informed public, actively involved in the discussion of what is on our plates and where it came from, with an increased appreciation of fine food and drink in our area.
