3. Amtrak says service between Seattle and Vancouver, B.C., is resuming after a mudslide closed the track.

4. The Coast Guard says 2 men rescued from a sinking yacht off the NW tip of Washington did not require any medical attention.

5. Tom Banse reports on how the 2010 census population numbers could mean a reallocation of congressional seats.

6. Anna King reports on the DOE asking Vanderbilt University to take down an online article about an island on the Columbia River.

5. The Linn County Sheriff's Office is investigating a police shooting in Lebanon that wounded a 17-year-old who allegedly stabbed two Lebanon police officers.

6. A 70-year-old Bellevue, WA man has been sentenced to a year in prison, 6 months of home detention and restitution for allegedly lying about the orgins of imported honey he sold.

6. Nike says strong sales, tight inventory control and improved margins helped drive its 2nd quarter net income up 22%.

7. A fire at the site of a historic cannery on Astoria's waterfront looked suspicious at first, but may have been accidental.

1. A jury has recommended the death penalty for Bruce & Joshua Turnidge for planting a bomb at a Woodburn bank in 2008 that killed two Oregon law enforcement officials.

2. Per capita income dropped in every major Oregon statistical area counted by the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis.

3. Captain Doug Hooley with Lane County Adult Corrections is one of only three people in Oregon to have earned the national designation of Certified Jail Manager.

4. A Lane County jury convicted Tyler Clayton Davis of 2nd degree manslaughter for a drunken driving crash that killed two of his friends.

5. Rachael McDonald reports on a survey by the Oregon Youth Authority showing more of the young people in the state's justice system have low IQs, mental health conditions or dependence on drugs or alcohol.

6. King County Sheriff's detectives have found more bones in a ravine where a skull was found Tuesday.
