3. A murder trial has been set for may in coquille for the man accused of the killing of Leah Freeman.

4. Tom Banse reports a WA based soldiers accused of killings unarmed civilians in Afghanistan will go to trial for premeditated murder.

5. Two memorial are being planned for Lance Cpl. Marine Joe Rodewald.
