1. An Oregon man who has refused to reveal his true name after being accused of assuming the identity of a murdered Ohio boy will remain in jail pending another hearing on whether he can be released to home detention.

2. Robert Gonzales, the suspect in this week's fatal shooting at a Jehovah's Witness church in Lowell, has been arraigned on a murder charge.

3. Angela Kellner reports on more than 200 federal, state and local housing officials meeting in Portland Monday to discuss ways to preserve and improve affordable rental housing in the state and the nation.

4. A pilot died in a crash shortly after takeoff from the Redmond airport today.

5. Jamin Dumas, a corrections officer recently convicted of assaulting an inmate, has filed a $1-million lawsuit against the state, alleging he was wrongfully fired.

6. Portland Police identified 25-year-old Keaton Dupree Otis as the person killed in a police shooting that also wounded an officer.
