1. The Oregon Court of appeals has upheld the constitutional amendment banning gay marriage.

2. Oregon Demograts have chosen Jeff Merkley to take on Republicna Senator Gordon Smith

3. Democrats selected former Senate Majority Leader Kate Brown to be their Secretary of State Candidate.

4.  Three statewide ballot measures passes.

5.  In Lane County race for commissioner position 4, challenger Rob Handy has the edge over long-time incumbent Bobby Green.

6. Benton County Election Results

7. Voters in Douglas County have agreed to tax themselves to support thier OSU extension office.

8. Sam Adams won as Portland Mayor.

9. Governor Ted Kulongoski has ordered flags at half staff in memory of Army Corporal Jessica Ann Ellis of Baker City.

10. Eugene bicyclists will ride single file tonight as part of the national "ride of silence."

Second Newscast:

1.  Kevin Mannix 5th District race results.

2. Superdelegates in Oregon still have not made up thier minds.

3. Eugene Mayor Kitty Piercy and Jim Torrey will have to have another go at it in November.

4. By 8:15 last night the AP and NPR declared Barack Obama the winner in Oregon.
