Benton County Election Results 7. Voters in Douglas County have agreed to tax themselves to support thier OSU extension office. 8. Sam Adams won as Portland Mayor. 9. Governor Ted Kulongoski has ordered flags at half staff in memory of Army Corporal Jessica Ann Ellis of Baker City. 10.
